Absolutely adored our stay! The staff's genuine kindness and attentiveness made our family trip so special. Our suite had breathtaking ocean views, and the infinity pool's service was exceptional. With loads of activities available, we never felt the need to leave the resort. Plus, the baby concierge service was a fantastic bonus for us parents!

Extraordinary service from start to finish

The staff went above and beyond, from greeting us with cold towels to remembering our drink orders. The heated pools were a delight, and watching baby turtles hatch made our stay unforgettable.

The only downside was that some restaurants weren't open every day, which occasionally made meal planning tricky.

The staff was incredibly attentive. The infinity pool had fantastic service. I loved the delicious food options, especially at the adult-only restaurant. My kids enjoyed various activities throughout the stay. The room provided stunning ocean views.

We loved the heated pools, especially the large kids pool where my little one splashed around joyfully! The staff provided excellent service, always checking in on us at the infinity pool. Daily activities kept our family entertained all day, from beach volleyball to relaxing at the bar.

The master suite ocean view offered breathtaking sights of the water each morning. The pool service was exceptional, making our time by the infinity pool feel exclusive and well catered. Watching baby turtles hatch on the beach was a beautiful bonus. My kids enjoyed the fantastic sea view from the kids pool, which kept them engaged and happy all day long.

But the wifi cut off at night, which was frustrating after a long day.

The location was beautiful and well-kept with access to a big pool and beach. The service across the board was top-notch. from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everything was fantastic. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was a good second choice for the kids. The food selection was impressive for our 3-night stay, making our experience delightful.

this was our second romantic stay in nuevo vallarta, and grand velas exceeded our expectations! the ocean view master suite was stunning with a private balcony and jacuzzi. The service was incredibly attentive. we loved the variety of dining options with exceptional food quality throughout our three nights.

Had an amazing time! Our Master Suite Ocean View was large and came with a coffee machine and a whirlpool bath. The infinity pool was stunning with awesome pool service. Tried Piaf and Lucca for dinner. loved the high-end food selection. The staff like Pedro, Luis, and Santiago made us feel special every day. Service was on point!

I enjoyed fantastic poolside service while sipping on quality cocktails made by bartenders like Luis and Santiago. The food in the fine dining restaurants was exquisite. Lucca offered delightful Italian dishes, and Piaf was a standout for dinner—the ambiance was perfect for a family dinner. Although my kids loved the kids club, I think the dining options could have been more inclusive for families. Some restaurants weren't open every day, which made planning our meals a bit tricky. Wifi in my room had issues, cutting off at night and coming back late in the morning. It was annoying, especially when you want to unwind while browsing the web. Overall, the attentive staff truly made a difference— from the concierge checking on us daily to everyone remembering our drink orders. The cleanliness of the property and its lush gardens added a lovely touch to our stay.
